At Beyond Retro, we want you to love your vintage finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all vintage tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your vintage pieces in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the inclusion of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Postage and Shipping

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
